"Description": "A comprehensive toolkit for Statistical Process Control\n(SPC) that combines the rigor of classical Shewhart methodology\nwith modern tidyverse-native interfaces. Provides classical\ncontrol charts for variables (I-MR, Xbar-R, Xbar-S) and\nattributes (p, np, c, u), as well as regression-based control\ncharts for processes with trend. Includes Nelson runs tests,\nAverage Run Length (ARL) simulation, process capability indices\nwith bootstrap confidence intervals, Box-Cox transformation\nguidance, and a clean Phase I / Phase II workflow. All chart\nobjects integrate with broom via 'tidy', 'glance' and 'augment'\nmethods. "message": "Add Perla et al. (2020) and Ferraz et al. (2020) to pkgdown references\n\nBoth papers are part of the package's intellectual lineage (the\nregression-chart-with-phase-detection design inherits the three-phase\nhybrid C/I chart from Perla et al.; the cvd_recife dataset and the\nlegacy we_seven_same rule come from Ferraz et al.) but neither was\nlisted on the website. Added to the three pages where they are\nmost load-bearing:\n\n- vignettes/covid-recife.Rmd\n This case study is a direct reconstruction of both papers'\n methodology. The prose already credited Ferraz et al. for the\n original analysis settings, but the bottom-of-page reference\n list omitted both. Each new entry carries a short trailing note\n explaining what the citation contributes (blueprint vs. dataset\n + WE-7 rule) so a reader landing on the case study can follow\n the lineage without having to consult references/REFERENCIAL-\n TEORICO.md.\n\n- vignettes/regression-charts.Rmd\n shewhart_regression() is the package's generalisation of\n Perla's three-phase chart to arbitrary trended processes; the\n Recife worked example in this same vignette uses Ferraz's\n configuration verbatim. Inserted both entries between Mandel\n (1969) and Hawkins (1991) so the regression-chart lineage reads\n in chronological order on the page.\n\n- README.Rmd / README.md\n README.Rmd line 87 already cites \"Ferraz et al. (2020)\" in the\n multi-phase regression section without listing the source.\n Appended both references after Wheeler & Chambers in the home-\n page reference list, then re-knit README.md via\n devtools::build_readme() so the rendered home page picks them\n up.\n\nCitation format follows the entries supplied by the user verbatim\n(authors, year, title, journal in italics, volume/issue/pages\nwhere given). Author list for Ferraz et al. uses \"Wanderley, A. L.\"\nas supplied, even though references/REFERENCIAL-TEORICO.md cites\nthe same author as \"Leite Wanderley, A.\" in the SBPO 2020\nproceedings — the user's entry is the journa",
